A Guide to Shipping Medicine

One of the reasons why our program works so well is because the ladies know each other from the infertility board. They feel comfortable obtaining meds from people they feel have stored and taken care of the medication properly as well as have not tampered with the medication.
Many fertility medications need to be refrigerated. Shipping anything can be a daunting task especially when it needs to be kept cool and dry.

OOP Medicine Donors - If you have kept the gel packs from the original delivery this can be used again when donating your unused fertility medication. Place the medicine and the frozen icepack or gel pack in separate freezer/zip lock bags and seal both tightly then placed in the box or large envelope with the mailing information.

OOP Medicine Recipients - Please remember that our OOP Program Donors are providing these meds to you out of the goodness of their hearts. Although it will be NEVER asked of you to pay for the meds as it is against the OOP Meds Program policy to sell meds it is your responsibility to pay for or reimburse the donor shipping costs especially refrigerated meds that need to be sent overnight or second day mail (unless otherwise agreed upon with the donor).
